Sam is Managing Partner at SalesSmyth serving clients as trusted advisor to top management helping to design, train and equip SaaS sales organizations for hyper growth and scale. Sam is an experienced sales executive with in-depth experience building and leading high-performance sales organizations in SaaS startups and $1B+ organizations. A technical product manager turned sales executive, Sam helps clients develop solution offerings (products, services, contracts) and operating blueprints (organizations, processes, skills, content, tools) that align sales strategies with manageable sales programs that deliver predictable revenue and customer success. Prior to SalesSmyth, Sam was an executive at Xamarin (acquired by Microsoft) and spent fourteen years in various sales and marketing leadership roles at Microsoft. Sam is an angel investor through Henry & Company and lives in the mountains of Colorado with his dream girl and their four amazing kids.
